Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents of Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture, who meet one of the following criteria: 1) Individuals with dementia 2) Individuals with mild cognitive impairment 3) Individuals with subjective cognitive decline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals for whom performing the exercise would be hazardous. 2) Individuals with severe dementia who have difficulty understanding the exercise or measurements
