Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who have no difficulty in daily life and are not under treatment for cardiovascular, respiratory, or orthopedic diseases. - Those who do not habitually perform strength training or stretching. - Those who understand the content of the research and have obtained written consent from the individual of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Persons who have a conflict of interest with the principal investigator (e.g., students taking classes). -Persons diagnosed with a disease for which exercise is absolutely contraindicated -Persons with metabolic, cranial nervous, or respiratory-cardiovascular diseases for which exercise is prohibited by a physician -Persons with orthopedic diseases that interfere with the plantar and dorsiflexion movements of the ankle joint -Persons who have experienced Achilles tendon rupture or ankle ligament rupture in the past -Other persons for whom measurement is Other persons who have difficulty in measurement
