Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy older adults who are independent in ADL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with arrhythmia, Pacemaker wearers, People with diabetes or other diseases that affect the analysis of autonomic nerve activity, and People diagnosed with dementia
