Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 years of age or older who have participated in the "Kokoro Care" program during the study period and have stable capacity to make a decision to participate in the study (i.e., have the ability to consent).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: None.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Program discontinuation rate, satisfaction, and change in Flourish Scale and UCLA Loneliness Scale between pre-treatment (1st session) and at 14th session.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Change in Clinical Global Impressions-severity of illness (CGI-S) at the 14th session compared to before the start of treatment (the 1st session). 2. Clinical Global Impressions-improvement scale (CGI-I) at the 14th session compared to the baseline (1st session). 3. Subjective importance regarding the program.
