Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female participants aged between 18 and 30 years. Individuals not currently diagnosed with hypertension by a physician. Willingness to participate in the study and comply with study instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently undergoing treatment for hypertension, including antihypertensive medications. Individuals with severe heart disease, kidney disease, or other chronic illnesses. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Individuals participating in other clinical trials during the study period.
