Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy non-obese women aged 18 to 29 years (BMI 18.5 to 4.9). No serious medical conditions and able to carry out daily activities. Able to participate in the scheduled training and measurements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of orthopedic disorders Currently pregnant or possibly pregnant Current smoker Undergoing hormonal therapy

| The changes in respiratory quotient and fat oxidation after intake high fat meal and IntraMAT of the thigh will be assessed before and after the 6 week intervention. Respiratory quotient and fat oxidation will be calculated from oxygen uptake and carbon dioxide excretion measured by indirect calorimetry during a steady state protocol. | — |
