Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People who wish to participate in the study 2. People between the ages of 18 and 29 3. People who have received a full explanation of the study and have given their voluntary written consent after fully understanding it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with cardiovascular or musculoskeletal diseases that require restrictions on exercise 2. People with current or past musculoskeletal diseases in the shoulder joint, or people with pain 3. People with pacemakers or metal or plastic objects (artificial femoral heads, etc.) implanted in their bodies, which are contraindications and restrictions for the low-frequency therapy device used in this study
