Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and comorbid asthma refractory to conventional therapy 2.Male and female participants between the ages of 18 and 79 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are pregnant or may be pregnant 2.Patients who are unable to provide informed consent
