Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult males aged 25 years or younger.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants lacking adequate decision-making ability will be excluded, as well as those who routinely engage in supine exercises.

Evaluation of improvements in standing physical performance following two weeks of supine exercises

MeasureTime frame
height, weight, GHQ-28 mental health questionnaire, exercise experience, grip strength, sitting trunk flexion, sit-ups, standing long jump, side-step, 50-m run, static and dynamic balance of upright standing (G-sensor, stabilometer, spinal mouse), elasticity (cutometer), respiratory function (spirometer)
