Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Workers aged 20 years and over Able to continuously participate in the study for one year Own a smartphone and able to acquire the application Able to carry a pedometer at all times

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: You have special dietary or exercise restrictions from your doctor. You have a cardiac pacemaker. You are pregnant or may be pregnant.
