Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In the Chiba area, the third health survey was conducted by mail on September 18, 2024. This study will target individuals who have not submitted the questionnaire as of the approval date of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who did not provide consent after receiving study explanation following the intervention trial.
