Inclusion criteria: Healthy males aged 20 years or older but under 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Proliferative retinopathy Nephropathy Severe autonomic neuropathy Limb amputation Individuals with severe cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease Individuals deemed unable to understand the necessary explanations for study participation or provide informed consent
