Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient's age should be 20 y/o or more at the time of consent acquisition. 2. Therapeutic indication of cardiac resynchronization therapy should be based on the Japanese guideline (2018 JCS/JHRS non-pharmacological guideline). 3. QRS morphology should not meet the Strauss's criteria for left bundle branch block (LBBB). Strauss's Criteria for LBBB: 1. Intrinsic QRS duration >140 ms (men) or >130 ms (women). 2. QS or rS pattern in leads V1 and V2. 3. Notching or slurring in the mid-QRS complex in at least two of the following leads: V1, V2, V5, V6, I, and aVL.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet Class III indication of CRT in the Japanese guideline. 2. Patients with frequent recurrent ventricular tachycardia (VT) or ventricular fibrillation (VF) that cannot be controlled with antiarrhythmic drugs or catheter ablation. 3. Patients with severe drug-refractory congestive heart failure classified as NYHA functional class IV who are not candidates for heart transplantation, cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), or left ventricular assist device. 4. Patients who have refused the rPatients who have refused the registration to this study. 5. Patients who are made ineligible for this study by physicians. 6. Patients who have LBBB type ECG based on the Strauss's criteria.
