Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults in their 20s and 30s

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cerebrovascular disease Individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental disorder Individuals with musculoskeletal or cardiovascular diseases that limit aerobic exercise
