Interventions

Participants consume the test foods 1 in a hot environment. After 30 minutes of sitting rest, in a hot environment, participants perform cycling exercise for 30 minutes at 75% of their maximal oxygen

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are aged 18-29 years old 2. Participants who are males 3. Participants who have not chronic diseases 4. Participants who are not having medication (including supplements) 5. Participants who are non-smoker 6. Participants who have not reduced weight in the past 3 months or who will not intend to lose weight within the examination period 7. Participants who are not participating another study 8. Participants who have exercise habit (at least twice a week for 30 min per bout) 9. Participants who have not allergy for the provided test foods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are not aged 18-29 years old 2. Participants who are females 3. Participants who have chronic diseases 4. Participants who are having medication (including supplements) 5. Participants who are smoker 6. Participants who have reduced weight in the past 3 months or who will intend to lose weight within the examination period 7. Participants who are participating another study 8. Participants who have no exercise habit (at least twice a week for 30 min per bout) 9. Participants who have allergy for the provided test foods
