Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults No known allergy to cumin or other Apiaceae family plants Provided written informed consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe medical conditions such as heart or renal failure Individuals taking medications affecting lipid or glucose metabolism Pregnant or possibly pregnant individuals Individuals with cumin allergy
