Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 65 years who were scheduled for lower extremity surgery under general anesthesia and had no preoperative cognitive dysfunction were eligible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hemodynamic instability, intellectual disability, or refusal to participate
