Interventions

The study begins with the intake of a solution containing 75 g of glucose (225 mL glucose solution). Blood glucose levels are measured every 10 minutes for 120 minutes after glucose solution intake.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study subjects consist of approximately 12 healthy adults, including healthy university students.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include individuals with musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or diabetes.
