Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 45 or older Pain in the knee during exercise No stiffness in the knee or it disappears within 30 minutes after waking up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have undergone knee replacement surgery Those who have a disease or disorder other than knee osteoarthritis that significantly affects the sensation or motor function of the lower limbs Those who require assistance with walking
