Inclusion criteria: Pregnant woman diagnosed with gestational diabetes who can understand Japanese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant woman who cannot understand Japanese Young people under 18 years of age Pregnant women with type 1 or type 2 diabetes
