Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-year students in the School of Nursing and Social Services at a paramedical university who give informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who could not give informed consent to participate in the research

Demographic information: age, sex Study habits: frequency of review, study time, type of study strategy, ingenuity of study strategy, class motivation Lifestyle habits: sleep disruption, breakfast skipping, lack of exercise, smartphone usage time Academic performance: number of subjects failed in classes in the first semester.
