Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are over 18 years old, healthy males and students of Hiroshima university. 2. Subjects who are non-smokers. 3. Subjects who have no health problems. 4. Subjects who have no exercise habit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have exercise habits on a daily basis. 2. Subjects who have health problems. 3. Subjects who are ineligible due to physician's judgment.
