Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select individuals who meet all of the following criteria: Able to provide written informed consent for research participation based on their own free will. Aged between 18 and 45 years (set as young adulthood to middle adulthood).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who meet one or more of the following exclusion criteria will be excluded: History of severe orthopedic disease. Presence of central nervous system disease.
