Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male students enrolled at Toyo University or healthy men aged 18 years or older who regularly engage in endurance training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of hypertension or cardiovascular disease Current or former smokers Individuals who regularly consume supplements containing antioxidants
