this study aims to investigate the effect of adding TENS to static bicycle exercise in KOA patients. The study will evaluate the impact on inflammatory cytokine IL-6 levels, range of motion (ROM), and functional ability.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with grade II-III KOA Aged 45-74 years Completed 8 intervention sessions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Received other treatments outside the study protocol - Comorbidities like cardiopulmonary disease, neurological disorders, or post-knee surgery - Pacemaker users - Active joint infections
