Consume 120 g of common pork (loin) three times per week for 4 weeks. Consume 120 g of pork (loin) rich in omega-3 fatty acids three times per week for four weeks.

Serum free fatty acids, hormone secretion, serum metabolites, urine metabolites, sleep EEG, body temperature, heart rate, autonomic nervous activity and gene expression in leukocytes
