Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Directly employed by Fuji Oil Co., Ltd. or Fuji Oil Holdings Inc. Agreement has been obtained from the principal concerning research participation in writing. Conversation in Japanese is possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person who treat hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, and diabetes. Person who has experienced abnormalities such as feeling sick or having low blood pressure during or after blood collection. Person who have symptoms of allergy to soy or birch.
