Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patient is being treated for hypertension with aliskiren. 2) The patient is at least 18 years of age at the time of consent. 3) The patient has given written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with primary renal disease (glomerulonephritis, polycystic kidney disease) 2) History of hypersensitivity to valsartan, sacubitril valsartan, or any of the ingredients contained in these products. 3) History of angioedema. 4) Severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh Classification C). 5) Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant.
