Inclusion criteria: Adult febrile patients who visited the emergency department and were hospitalized

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe sensory impairment of the trunk (e.g., spinal cord injury) or known acquired renal anatomical abnormalities, such as a history of nephrectomy or renal transplantation.
