Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A Visiting Nurse who meets all of the following requirements shall be; 1. Not in a managerial or supervisory position at a visiting nurse station. 2. have less than 6 years of experience in visiting nurse. 3. currently in charge of responding to emergency telephone calls.

Exclusion criteria: Exclude those that do not meet the inclusion criteria.
