Inclusion criteria: 1)Health check-up participants at the collaborating facility (Kyoto Preventive Medicine Center) 2)Aged 30 years or older at the time of consent acquisition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals who have never undergone a regular health check-up in the past 2)Cases where the principal investigator or co-investigators deem participation in this study inappropriate
