Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women who are at least 20 years old at the time of obtaining consent to participate in the study. 2. Those who are able to complete the questionnaire survey without difficulty. 3. Persons who have fully read and understood the purpose and content of this study, have the ability to consent, and agree to participate of their own free will.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone a major lifestyle change in the past month due to long-term travel, job transfer, etc. 2. Those who are currently participating in another human clinical trial, or those for whom one month has not passed since their participation in another human clinical trial. 3. Those who work for a company that develops, manufactures, or sells health food, food for specified health uses, food for special purposes, food with functional claims, or food with nutrient function claims, either by themselves or by their family members.
