Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sumo wrestlers enrolled in primary school, junior high and high schools in Japan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are deemed unable to participate in the study due to acute diseases or severe injuries, those who are judged to have chronic diseases or medical histories that may affect measurements, and those who withdraw from the club activities during the study period.
