Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Time of hospitalization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients who have been extubated within 48 hours of intubation, patients with oral or facial trauma, and patients who can perform oral care on their own. Patients diagnosed with pneumonia on admission or within 48 hours of admission are also excluded.

Oral bacteria counts, oral humidity and OHAT scores during the observation period (days 1-3)

VAP incidence, duration on ventilator, days in ICU, days to start oral intake after extubation
