Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older who did not respond to conventional MGD treatment, underwent IPL therapy, met all examination criteria, and were followed up for more than three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had an ocular infection or inflammation within the past three months, underwent intraocular surgery within the past six months, or were deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
