Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults men 2.who have the habit of engaging in aerobic exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week 3.Participants who agree to participate in this study with a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.who have been diagnosed with a disease for which exercise is absolutely contraindicated 2.who have metabolic, respiratory, cardiovascular, or coagulation system diseases, or who are prohibited by a physician from high-intensity exercise 3.who are taking medication or supplements on a daily basis 4.who are allergic to milk, soy and orange 5.who have other difficulties in measurements
