Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students from the Department of Human Nutrition at Tokyo Kasei Gakuin University Individuals with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with sleep disorders Individuals currently receiving medical treatment (regardless of diagnosis) Individuals with a habit of skipping breakfast Individuals who have taken medication within 24 hours of the study day
