Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration (regardless of gender) 2. Those who were hospitalized in the cardiology department of the medical institution where the study was conducted 3. Those who are using the National Health Insurance or the Medical Care System for the Elderly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not provide consent, either in person or through their legal representative, will be excluded from the study.
