Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include approximately 20 healthy male university students and 20 healthy adult males.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, or other relevant medical conditions will be excluded from participation.

MeasureTime frame
During each strength training session, the following measurements will be conducted: (1) Joint angle assessment, (2) Electromyographic (EMG) signal analysis, (3) Expired gas analysis, and (4) Blood lactate measurement.
