Inclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes Age 20 or older at the time of obtaining consent Regular visits to a cooperating facility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking anti-dementia medication Cases where the principal investigator or co-investigator determines that participation in this study is not appropriate
