Inclusion criteria: Health care professionals (target age: adult) who belong to the collaboratingmedicalinstitutions participating in this study and who are involved in cancer treatment will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All participants in this study are adults.

To confirm the feasibility of system construction and operation and the usefulness of consultation at each medical institution using this system, targeting those responses that provide sufficient information in the questionnaire (more than 50% of the responses were filled out).To evaluate various items related to the feasibility of establishing and operating an online consultation system at the National Cancer Center Hospital.
