Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with persistent pulmonary air leaks able to undergo bronchial occlusion. 2. Patients who agreed to participate in this study with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot safely undergo bronchoscopy due to unstable breathing.

MeasureTime frame
To identify the affected bronchi of persistent pulmonary air leaks by comparing airway pressure at the site of obstruction and pleural pressure.
