Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study will include patients who meet all of the following criteria: Aged 18 years or older at the time of consent. Diagnosed with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and scheduled to undergo catheter ablation within three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone catheter-based or surgical pulmonary vein isolation for atrial fibrillation. 2.Patients with diseases estimated to have a prognosis of less than one year. 3.Patients deemed unsuitable as study subjects by the investigator.

| Physical Activity: At 3 months and 12 months, symptoms, physical activity levels, and lifestyle habits will be assessed using a questionnaire (attached as Document 3). Additionally, accelerometer data recorded in the long-term Holter ECG will be collected. Other Outcomes: Mortality (overall mortality, cardiovascular death, and non-cardiovascular death) Heart failure hospitalization (hospitalization due to exacerbation or new onset) Stroke or systemic embolism | — |
