Inclusion criteria: Nursing staff (public health nurses, midwives, nurses) Nurses, assistant nurses (chief nurses), head nurses Those who have worked at their current place of employment for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those in senior management positions (head nurse, deputy head nurse, head of nursingdepartment, director in charge of nursing, etc.) Those who have difficulty reading and writing in Japanese (below JLPT N2 level) Those who are part of theexecutive committee of a labor union
