Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients (12 years of age or older) who received auto/allo hematopoietic stem cell transplant and their family members who have been in remission for at least one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unsuitability for participation due to the participant's physical or mental health, as determined by pediatricians
