Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: who participated professionally in the 1st professional adult league of the country, with an age range of 18-30 years, who have a history of ankle sprains

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: using other treatment methods. have a new injury do not training protocol properly

The results of the paired t-test showed that there is a significant difference between the sense of proprioception and landing error before and after central stability and balance exercises (p-value < 0.05). The results of the two-by-two comparison test between the variable means of proprioception and landing error in each of the groups show that there is a significant difference between the proprioception and landing error between the central stability and balance group and the control group
