Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the hematology ward and starting chemotherapy during the study period. Patients who are able to answer the questionnaire survey. Patients who can give consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years old. Patients who are unable to respond to the questionnaire. Patients whom the investigator determines are not appropriate to participate in the study.
