Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male athletes active in overhead disciplines with shoulder impingement syndrome who lived in Tehran province and worked in volleyball, basketball and swimming

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: LASP or other shoulder injuries except impingement. hook acromion shape

The results showed that six weeks of shoulder stabilization exercises with and without myofascial release had a significant effect on the internal and external rotation of the shoulder, reconstruction of the 45 and 90 degree shoulder angle, postural stability and the amount of shoulder pain in overhead athletes with impingement syndrome
