Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with surgically altered anatomy 2) Patients with the duodenal papilla 3) Patients with large common bile duct stones which require balloon enteroscopy-assisted ERCP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having difficulty in transpapillary approach 2) Patients with biliary reconstruction 3) Patients with bile duct stricture 4) Patients with insufficient common bile duct diameter 5) Patients who have undergone endoscopic sphincterotomy or papillary balloon dilation 6) Patients without informed consent 7) Inappropriate patients for entry on this study in the judgement of their research investigator or physician
