Interventions

Perform debriefing reflection using the ALACT model according to the debriefing self-assessment items. After reflection using the ALACT model, the Debriefing Self-Assessment Scale score is calculated.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing faculty with experience in conducting debriefings in simulation education within the past year from the time consent for the study was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with no debriefing experience at all
